We provide a full conveyancing service. We believe good service is the most important part of what we do. Our fee will be as low as we can make it while, at the same time, providing you with good service. We believe that this is what delivers value for money to you.

Legal Costs of conveyancing

Your legal costs for conveyancing will vary depending on the circumstances of your transaction. Our professional fees start from $500.00 plus GST. Please contact Alex Saunders to discuss your particular situation, and to obtain a detailed written estimate for your transaction.

Legal costs of Pre-Contractual Advice

Preparation of a standard Contract for Sale	$250.00 plus GST*
Preparation of a complex Contract for Sale	time basis
Legal costs in relation to other pre-contractual advice?	time basis
