Peter Worrall
Senior Partner
Peter Worrall is the Senior Partner of the firm, and is the head of the Estate Practice Group.
Peter obtained a Law Degree from the University of Melbourne in 1976, commenced practice as a lawyer in Tasmania in 1978, and established his own firm in 1981, which is the predecessor firm to Peter Worrall Lawyers.
Peter has been a speaker at many seminars in commercial and estate planning law. He is a Notary Public and a member of the International Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Peter's legal interests are in estate planning and trusts, and related commercial law areas. His clients include local and overseas high net worth individuals and their related companies and trusts, as well as people with difficult estate planning problems.
Outside the office Peter enjoys reading, poetry, and art. Peter is a former Board member with the Tasmanian Land Conservancy, and remains involved on a consultancy basis; was a founding Board member of Common Ground Tasmania, and remains involved on a consultancy basis; and is Chair of the Legal Aid Commission of Tasmania.
