We can advise you about the effect and operation of the Goods and Services Tax and Capital Gains Tax provisions and other tax implications that have a major input on commercial transactions.

5.	Farming Advice We have extensive experience in a wide variety of farming transactions from a range of clients in the farming community. We can provide comprehensive advice on structuring, succession and other farming related issues, including water rights transactions.
6.	Forestry We have acted, on a number of occasions, for forestry groups, representing them on a wide range of forestry related matters.
7.	Fishing Industry We are able to assist in a variety of commercial fishing matters, particularly in licence transfers for abalone and other quota based fishing licences. We can also assist in documentation of mortgage securites over fishing licences.
